Baked Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
10- Apples, cored, peeled and sliced thinly2 tsp cinnamon1 c. brown sugar1 dash of salt1 dash of nutmeg
Directions
*preheat oven 375
*place cut and peeled apples in a mixing bowl and gently mix all ingredients togethter
*put apples in a non-stick pan and cover
*bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 min.
*cook until soft- add a few minutes to thicken sauce
