Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbs sweet chilli sauce1 tbs soy sauce1 tbs crunchy peanut butter250g free range chicken thighs, halved with skin & fat removed
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Combine sweet chilli, soy sauce and peanut butter in a small saucepan and heat over low-medium heat until combined.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine sauce with chicken and allow to marinate for as long as possible.

Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased ovenproof dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
