Ingredients
Egg Yolk, 4 largeHalf and Half Cream, 1.5 cupHeavy Whipping Cream, 3.25 cupErythritol 1/8 cupStevia Extract, 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Almond Extract, .5 tsp
Directions
Use half & half to make thin custard with egg yolks in double boiler, over simmering water. When thickened to coat spoon, stir in erythritol, then cool over ice. Add stevia and extracts. Add cream. Chill until ready to freeze.
Freeze - about 45 minutes in our maker tonight.
10 servings - little and rich!
