Mairghread's Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beaf (7% fat)2 servings of Nabisco Ritz Crackers (aprox 18 crackers)1/4 cup Catsup1 clove garlic, crushed1 large egg1 tbsp "Italian Herb" blend
Directions
Crush crackers into a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into 6 patties. Grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes then turn. Cook for about 5-10 more minutes until done. Serve as desired.

Makes 6 hamburgers.
