Thai glazed Chicken lettuce wraps

Ingredients
1lb thin chicken breast meatGrill seasoning2 tbsp ginger root2 tbsp oil (veg or olive)4 cloves garlic, minced1 large red bell pepper1 cup packaged rainbow mix(or coleslaw& carrot mix)3 scallions chopped on an angle1/2 cup plum sauce2 cups basil leaves loosely packed1 tbsp Hoisin sauce1/2 head iceberg lettuce
Directions
Thinly slice chicken into strips and sprinkle with grill seasoning. Heat skillet to screaming hot. Add oil, then chicken. Cook 2 min. stirring constantly. Add ginger,garlic peppers, cabbage mixture and scallions and stirfry for another 2 min. Add plum sauce to glaze the mixture, toss 1 minute then add basil to wilt leaves. Add hoisin sauce and sesame seeds-coat. Transfer to a bowl. Separate the lettuce leaves under running water, dry. Place spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the leaves like taco, and enjoy.
