Oriental Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 bag of cole slaw4-6 scallions2 bags Ramen Noodle Oriental Flavor1 2oz. bag of slivered almonds4 oz. sunflower seeds (unsalted)1/4 cup sugar1 cup oil (extra virgin olive)6 tbsp. red wine vinegar2 tsp. salt
Directions
Toast almonds in oven at 350 for approx. 5 min. and let cool. In large bowl combine cole slaw, cut up scallions, crushed ramen noodles uncooked (put seasoning packet aside for dressing), sunflower seeds, almonds. In seperate bowl mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, seasoning packet from noodles. Keep chilled seperately until serving then pour dressing over slaw mixture.

Makes approx. 8-1cup servings
