Karen's Chicken Picatta

Either 4 chicken breasts or a package of skinless chicken tenders1 can Artichoke Hearts, chopped large2 T Lemon juice1 can Chicken broth1 T Capers, chopped1 C flour (to dredge chicken in)2 T Olive oil1 T Paprika1 T Garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Makes 4 servings
Mix flour and spices on plate, dredge chicken in flour
Heat oil in non-stick pan
Place chicken in pan and brown, remove chicken and add artichoke hearts, capers, lemon juice and chicken broth- stir. Simmer until thickened, add cooked chicken and warm through. Serve.
