Margarita Chicken w/ Grilled Avocado

Ingredients
4 Chicken breast halvesMarinade1 c fresh lime juice3 oz tequila1 jalapeno pepper (pureed)2 T salt1 T sugar1 avocado
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into four cutlets. Make shallow, diagonal cuts across one side of each piece.

Prepare marinade and marinate chicken at least 2 hours but preferably overnight.

Eight avocado and spray with olive oil.

Grill chicken until cooked through, ~10 minutes on each side. Grill avocado during last five minutes of chicken cooking, flipping once, or until grill marks develop.

Serve chicken with avocado slices arranged on top & lime wedge on the side.

Makes 4 dinner-sized servings.
