Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 C mashed pumpkin3 large eggs beaten1 tsp kosher salt3/4 C brown sugar, packed1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp ground cinnamon12 oz can evaporated milk1 pie crust 9"
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a 9 inch pie crust. bake at 400 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean 1 inches from the edge.

Servce with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping. [not included in calories for recipe]
