Fennel Pork and Bean Stew

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork2 fennel bulbs with fronds chopped1 coup chopped onion4 stalks celery chopped1 tsp oregano1 1/2 tsp basil1 tsp herbamare3 cloves garlic finely chopped3 cups chicken or turkey broth2 cans white beans with liquid
Directions
Chop the vegetables.

In large soup pan, brown pork, fennel, onion, celery, and spices until pork is done and vegetables are soft.

Add broth and beans with the liquid. Simmer 20 minutes longer.

Serve.
