Ingredients
100g salad greens½ cucumber, sliced1 celery stalk, chopped½ Carrot, sliced1 tomato, chopped100g red cabbage chopped1 radish, sliced1 onion, sliced1 avocado, choppedFor the dressing:1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp vinegarDash Himalayan SaltDash freshly ground pepper
Directions
1. Combine all your salad ingredients in a bowl.
2. Dress with olive oil and vinegar and toss well.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste
