Ham broccoli and cheese quiche

1. Place the tomato basil flour tortilla in the bottom of a pie pan2. Place chopped or diced ham, onions, and broccoli in a saute pan and heat until warmed through .3. Place the sauted mixture in the bottom of the "crust".4. Place the cottage cheese around on top of the sauted mixture.5. Mix the egg substitute and cheddar powder together well. 6. Pour the egg mixture over the items in the pie plate.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place the quiche on top of a cookie sheet in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes. Let set to set, deflate and cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Cut the quiche into 8 pieces. Each serving is 1/8 of quiche.
