Low Sodium, Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup

1 1/2 cups home made, low sodium, de-fatted chicken broth1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning1/4 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon parsleydash of paprika1 1/2 cups 2% milk1/2 cup flour
1. In medium-sized saucepan, boil chicken broth, 1/2 cup of the milk, and the seasonings for a minute or two.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 cup of milk and flour. Add to boiling mixture and continue whisking briskly until mixture boils and thickens.
Makes 3 cups or about 2 cans. Freeze in 1 1/2 cup portions.
