Navy Beans & Spicy Beef Sausage Low Carb

Ingredients
2 cups Navy Beans4 cups water1/2 package beef sausage1/2 cup chopped yellow onion1/4 cup chopped carrot1 tsp salt1/4 tsp white pepper2 bay leaves
Directions
Soak navy beans over night. Rinse beans and put back into large dutch oven. Add chopped yellow onion, chopped carrots, satl, pepper, beef sausage and 2 bay leaves. Cover ingredients with water and put on lid.

Cook over med/low heat for approx 4 hours.
