1 tbsp coconut oil (in liquid form, put in microwave for a few seconds)1 egg1 tsp water1/2 tsp lemon extract2 tbsp Splenda (or sweetner of choice)2 tbsp almond flour2 tbsp coconut flour1 tpsp shredded coconutpinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a mug with a fork until throroughly combined. Microwave for one minute (microwave times may vary)
