Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup1 can of mile (I use 2%)1 can of water1packet of Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix1 can of Mushrooms (optional)1 tsp salt and pepper (or to taste)4 cups of white long grain rice, prepared
Directions
Boil chicken in large pan of water until done, set aside to cool. In large bowl mix together 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Dry Mix, 1 can of water and 1 can of milk and salt & pepper. Pour into crock pot, set to high. De-bone chicken and cut up in large chunks, add to crock pot. Leave on high about 30 minutes, reduce down to low. I usually cook in crock pot 2-3 hours on low to get the full flavoring of the sauce. That is optional, depending on how you want to do it. For some 1 hour may be enough. On the side prepare white long grain rice according to package directions. Serve rice with chicken and sauce on top.....tastes great! Makes 8-10 (1 cup) servings. Hope you enjoy it!

This is good and very close to a family recipe of ours. We use 1 can Cream of celery and 1 can Cream of mushroom and bake it in the oven for 2 1/2 hrs. Going to have to try the crockpot!! - 4/11/11

Sounds good but I think I'll have to do some substitutions to lower the sodium.
