Oatmeal w/flax, nuts, and berries

Ingredients
2 cups of water1 cup oatmeal2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal1/4 cup chopped walnuts2 cups of frozen mixed berries
Directions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, stir in oatmeal, and bring back to a boil. Cover pan, and let set for 30 minutes. Bring back to a boil, add berries, stir in well, add flaxmeal and walnuts. Eat plain or with added soy milk.

    Great way to add some protein to breakfast. Don't let it sit too long or the flaxmeal will become gelotinous. - 3/20/07
