Quiche with bacon, leek and comté

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter100 grams bacon4 leeks1 roll of whole wheat puff pastry about 270 gram 4 eggs1 dl cream 13%150 grams Gruyere Cheese, grated
Directions
Fry the bacon on a hot, dry pan until some of the fat has melted off the bacon.
Add in the leeks, og let them sauté at low heat for 10-15 min., untill they are soft.
Grease an ovenproof pie dish, and place the pastry in the dish carefully pressing the pastry down into the dish without breaking the pastry.

Whip the eggs with cream, salt, pepper and about half of the grated cheese. Spread the leeks over the pastry, and pour the egg-mix on top of them. Evenly distribute the bacon on the pie and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the pie. Bake the quiche for about 20 minutes, or until the surface is golden and the puff pastry light brown.

Serve the quiche warn or at room temp. Serve with a green salad on the side.

Each piece is about 350 kcal (without salad)
