Chorizo Hommus ( SOYA)

Ingredients
45 grams soya chorizo Mixed pepper strips 1 cup .25 cup chopped onion 1 tbsp. extra Virgin Olive Oil. Juice of 1 lemon 2 oz. white Vinegar 3 cup of Garbanzos (chick peas)
Directions
Fry in the oil the onion and strips to caramel point, about half way of the frying add the chorizo and cook together. Let cool a little. Put the rest of the ingredients in a processor adding the chorizo, blend until is smooth add cummins and garlic salt to taste.

Serving Size: 14 PORTIONS OF QUARTER OF A CUP EACH.
