Almond Crusted Flounder

Ingredients
4 Flounder Filets1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt, plain1 Tbsp dried parsley1/4 ground almonds1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place flounder filets on a lightly greased cookie sheet
Mix herbs into yogurt
Equally divide the yogurt mixture onto the flounder filets
Combine the almonds and panko, top the filets.
Bake for 30 min or until cooked through and topping browned.
