Ingredients:In a skillet sauté:2 tbsp. olive oil2 garlic clover minced4 med Onions coarsely chopped3 cups Celery, sliced 1 Leeks slicedWhen translucent, transfer to a large stock pot leaving some of the oil in the skilletIn skillet return to heat and brown beef strips1.5lb Beef, cut into small stripsTransfer beef to stock potput 1-2 cups of stock in the skillet to get the browning and juices from the skillet and transfer to the stock potadd remaining ingredients to the stock pot and simmer on medium until the vegetables are cooked.3 cup Cabbage, chopped3 large Potato, cubed2 Cans Tomatoes6 cup Organic Beef Broth, 4 cup Kale, chopped2.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1 cup Chick Peas, (Optional)4 cup Carrots chopped1 tbsp. chilli powdersalt and pepper to taste
