Chicken Avocado Wrap

Ingredients
I debone a rotisserie chicken myself, but you can buy it however you want. Note that quantities are based on the meat of an entire chicken, both dark and light meat.
Directions
Debone rotisserie chicken and place in mixing bowl. Peel and seed avocado and cut into small chunks. Dump all ingredients into chicken and mix together with hands.

Can be served on tortillas, crackers, bread, pita chips - whatever you prefer. Can be served cold or warm.
