Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 3 extra small (less than 6" long) (remove)*Earth Balance Margarine, 8 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large (remove)*Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
cream butter and sugar add bananas,eggs and dry ingredients sifted together. Mix to moisten and pour into loaf pan. Bake at 300 for 1-1.5 hrs.
