Indian Chicken with Raita

90g low fat natural yoghurt2tbs Korma curry paste60ml lime juice4 Single chicken breastsOlive oil spray100g rocket leaves1 small red onionRaita130g low fat natural yoghurt1 Lebanese cucumber halved and deseeded1 Garlic cloves
combine the yoghurt, curry paste and 2 tbspn of lime juice in a shallow dish. Add the chicken and turn to coat it. Cover and place in the fridge for 30mins to refigerate
Meanwhile to make the raita, combine the yogurt, cucumber, and garlic in a bowl.
Preheat the barbecue grill or chargrill over high heat. Spray the chicken with the olive oil spray. Cook for 2-3 mins on each side or until golden.
Combine the rocket, onion and remaining lime juice in a bowl. Season with pepper. Divide the chicken and salad among serving plates, and top with the raita to serve
