Strawberry & Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries1 cup fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup 1% milk2 tsp sugar1 Tbsp wheat germ2 Tbsp flax seed
Directions
In a blender put milk, yogurt, strawberries (I use fresh strawberries that I put in the freezer), and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add wheat germ and flax seed and blend until all is mixed.

Final product will have a light strawberry taste and you will taste the flax seed. Add more fruit for a sweeter, fruitier taste.

Makes 2 8 ounce servings.
