Overnight Raspberry French Toast

12 oz whole wheat french bread3/4 cup homemade raspberry jam8 oz light cream cheese, cut into small cubes6 cups of frozen raspberries defrosted6 eggs2 cups 1% milk1/2 cup brown sugardash of salt1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp cinnamon
Cut up bread into cubes. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray. Place half the cubes in the pan. Melt the jam in the microwave til it is runny, then drizzle it over the bread cubes. Place small cubes of cream cheese scattered on top. Then mix together the eggs, milk, brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Pour this over the bread. Now add the rest of the cubes of bread. Scatter about 2 cups of the raspberries on top, and press down gently. Cover with foil and refrigerate for anywhere from 2 to 12 hours.
Heat oven to 325 and bake for 45 minutes, covered.
Serve with the rest of the berries.
