No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin, Canned, Makes 2 9" piesAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated, 24 oz Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, 1.5 tsp 4 Whole Jumbo Eggs
Directions
First mix ground cinnamon, ginger, and cloves together. in a separate bowl beat eggs together. Combine eggs and seasonings. Then Combine with canned pumpkin and stir. Then stir in almond milk. Pour half into eack 9" glass pie plate. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Pie is done when you stick the knife in and it stays clean.

    I do not care for the crust anyhow so why have the extra calories? My friend told me today she DID add in a 1/2 cup of sugar. LOL, she told me after I made this (I didn't know this). So I made it as below and agree it does need the sugar. I'll use regular sugar.
