Poppy Seed Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 stick butter (1/2 C), melted1/4 C Dijon mustard1/4 C finely chopped onion1 T poppy seeds1 lb shaved ham1 lb white American cheese slices24 mini buns (I make my own using King Arthur Flour's recipe) You can use dinner rolls.
Directions
Mix melted butter, mustard, onion and poppy seeds and spread on the buns. Add the ham and cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Sandwiches can be frozen, but then bake for 25-35 minutes.
