3 lbs. taco de res - basically cubed steak.1 whole onion (not in nutrition info)4-6 bell peppers, any color4-8 potatoes1 packet Sazon Goya2 cloves garlic
1) Chop vegetables.
2) Heat a minimal amount of oil in a large saute pan.
3) Add all of the ingredients except for the bell peppers.
4) Cook until potato is tender and meat is cooked through.
5) Add in bell pepper and cook until softened.
Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
