Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream

3 boxes Junket brand Vanilla Ice Cream Mix1 box Jello brand Vanilla Instant Pudding (5.1 oz.)1 8oz. Lite Whipped Topping1 16 oz. frozen sliced Strawberries3 12 oz. cans evaporated skimmed milk1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk3 cups skim (nonfat) milk
In blender, mix 1 can evaporated milk, instant pudding & 1/4 of whipped topping. After mixing, pour into 6 qt. ice cream canister. Repeat using 1 can evap. milk, 1/4 whipped topping & 1 box Junket. Pour into canister, repeat once more. Lastly, mix remaining whipped topping, last box of Junket & sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup nonfat milk. Pour into canister. Add 2 more cups of nonfat milk to canister.
Place canister in freezer & turn till frozen. Makes 6 quarts.
