Ingredients
6 cups flour, 1 1/1 cup sugar, 6 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt - dry bowl number 13 eggs, 2 1/4 cup skim milk, 1 cup unsweetened applesauce - wet bowl number 2
Directions
Preheat to 440 degrees F.

mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. mix all wet ingredients in another... add all at once to dry, mix until moist.. spray no-stick on muffin pan. spoon mix 2/3 full. bake for 10 to 15 min depending on how hot your oven gets. remove from pan after removing from oven.
