Pumpkin Cheesecake (fat free and sugar free)

Ingredients
3 pkgs 8 oz fat free cream cheese1 can pumpkin 3 eggs 1 yolk1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1 1/2 cup Altern sugar substitute1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp ground nutmeg1/8 tsp ground cloves2 tbsp flour1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, egg yolk, sour cream, sugar and the spices. Add flour and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place in oven for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.
