Paprika Chicken and Spinach with White Wine Butter Thyme Sauce

Ingredients
4 skinless Chicken Breasts 3 Cloves of Garlic2 Cups Spinach1/4 Cup Fresh Thyme2 tsp PaprikaDash of salt and pepper
Directions
1. Season chicken evenly on both sides with paprika. Add salt and pepper.
2. Melt 1 tbsp butter in large skillet over medium high heat and add chicken breasts. Cook on the first side for about 3 minutes or until crisping and golden. Flip and turn the heat down to medium and let cook for another 3 minutes before adding the remaining butter, garlic and thyme.
3. Cook, stirring the thyme and garlic around for about 2 minutes before adding the wine.
4. Bring the wine to a gentile simmer and let cook for around 20 minutes. It will reduce.
5. Add spinach and let wilt fully. Make sure chicken is done before serving.
