Crustless Tomato Pie

Ingredients
Any type if milk can be used in this. Also ricotta can be whole, low fat or fat free. The result will be the same.
Directions
Whisk together corn starch and milk( may use any type of milk) in a large bowl. Then whisk in ricotta cheese, 4 large eggs, basil, parmesan cheese, sliced green onions, 1/2 tsp salt (pepper if desired). Pour into a nonstick 10 inch skillet with oven safe handle. Tope with 1 lb or 2 medium sliced tomatoes. Bake at 375 fro 35-40 minutes or till set and puffed.
