Turkey/beef meatloaf muffins

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 lbs ground turkey1 bell pepper diced fine or grated1 med yellow onion diced fine or grated1 cup old fashion oatmeal2 large eggs3 T ketchup1/2 c skim milkspices of your choosing (pepper, garlic, tarragon, rosemary, thyme are all good choices)
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Dice or grate bell peppers and onion. Mix all ingredients together. Put 1/4 lb of mixture into each muffin cup. Bake 25 minutes . Can be frozen and reheated.
