2 lb chicken wingettes1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)1/4 cup light margarine/butter1tbsp chopped garlic (optional)
Preheat oven to 450, spray pan w/ non-stick spray. Bake chicken for approx 30 minutes or until cooked through and juices are clear. Turn the wings halfway through the cooking time to get all sides crispy. Let chicken cool for 5 min or so.
Melt margarine/butter in the microwave. Mix with hot sauce (and garlic), stir well. Coat wings in sauce.
