Ingredients
Sweet potatoYellow Sweet CornCeleryRed Onion RawLow Sodium Vegetable BrothCoconut MilkMushroomCarrot Curry powderGround tumericFlax Seed
Directions
Cook onion & celery in broth until tender.
Add potato, carrot, celery, flax, tumeric & curry.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Put soup into blender on high for 1 minute.
Return to pot & add coconut milk.
Simmer 10 minutes.
