Rachel's Magic Chicken "Bean" Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *1 cup onion chopped, 1 serving *chopped garlic, 3 tsp *Carrot - raw, chopped, 2 cup *Celery, Raw - 1 Cup Chopped (101g), 1 cup Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Bay Leaf Chicken stock, home-prepared, 8 cup Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash aldi cannelini beans, 30 oz
Directions
cook onion, garlic, carrot and celery in olive oil. Add chicken stock and drained beans. Shredd chicken breasts and fold into soup.. Add herbs and heat thoroughly. Stores in refrigerator well.
