Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Blueberries1 cup Frozen Mango2 cups Kale8 oz coconut water1 cup nonfat greek yougurt plain2 TBS Chia Seeds2 TBS Ground Flax SeedUp to 2 Tbs Ginger to taste.
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in Ninja until reach desired consistancy. Leave longer for less consistancy.
