Sauteed Kale w/ Olive Oil and Garlic

Ingredients
kalegarlicolive oilsaltcrushed red pepper
Directions
Trim kale bunches from stem. Roll and chop them width wise. Place skillet on stove to warm. Add olive oil to pan let heat up. Chop garlic roughly in large pieces add to pan. Let sear 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add kale and mix around until all is slightly coated with oil. Saute 2-3 minutes until tender but not soggy. Salt to taste
