Turkey Wild Rice Potato Soup

2 Tbsp Oil, butter, or bacon grease1/2 yellow onion2 stalks celery, chopped3 carrots, chopped4 small potatoes, chopped into bite size pieces2 cups cooked turkey, chopped/cubed8 cups turkey broth (homemade from the leftover bird is wonderful!)2 cups milk, or cream1 Tbsp poultry seasoning (or to taste)1 tsp salt (or to taste)1/2 tsp black pepper (or to taste)arrowroot powder or cornstarch to thicken
heat oil in pan, add chopped veggies and saute until tender. Add broth to pan, add potatoes, turkey, and spices. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add the milk or cream and heat through. Use arrowroot or cornstarch mixed with water (per instructions on item) to thicken.
