Pork Stir-Fry KKMK

Ingredients
1.25 lb pork tenderloin cut up5-6 cups veggies -- nutrition info calculated using: 2 carrots (100 grams each); 1 red pepper, 1/2 sweet onion and 1.5 cups of broccoli3 T peanut oil2 T cornstarch1/2 cup plus 2 T Wegmans stir fry Sauce
Directions
1. Put pork pieces and cornstarch in plastic bag or container and shake to coat chicken
2. Add 1.5 T oil to wok on high heat (sear setting on Breville wok). Cook pork in a single batch for 4 minutes or until done. Remove and keep warm.
3. Add remaining 1.5 T oil to wok and turn down heat a bit (12 on Breville wok). Stir fry veggies for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
4. Add pork to veggies in wok along with stir fry sauce. Heat through and serve immediately.
