Lentil and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
Cooked Chickpeas - 1 cupCooked Red Kidney Beans - 1 cupChopped Celery - 1/2 cupChopped Onions - 1/2 cupChopped Bell Peppers (yellow or red) - 1/2 cupGrated Carrots - 1/2 cupChopped Cucumber - 1/2 cupHalved Cherry Tomatoes - 1/2 cupSalt - 1 tsp or to tasteChilli Powder - 1/2 tsp or to tasteLemon Juice - 2 tsps or to taste
Directions
Add together the first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make a dressing by adding together salt, chilli powder and lemon juice and drizzle over the salad. Let it chill for a couple of hours to infuse the flavours and then enjoy!
