1/2 cup oatmeal flour1/2 cup quick oats1 cup spelt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder3 tsp cinnamon3 rounded scoops vanilla protein 2 tbsp chia seeds3 large eggs1tsp vanilla extract5 drops liquid stevia (optional)1/2 cup chopped walnuts3/4 pint blueberries
Directions
mix dry ingredients (minus nuts)
mix in wet ingredients
fold in walnuts
fold in blueberries

spray tins/wrappers
poor into muffin tins

Bake 15-17 minutes.
