Ingredients
Cooked Chickpeas - 1.5 cupsCooked Red Kidney Beans - 1.5 cupsChopped Onions - 0.5 cupChopped Yellow Bell Peppers - 0.5 cupHalved Cherry Tomatoes - 0.5 cupsFor the Dressing - Salt, Chilli powder, lemon juice, cumin seed powder
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients except those for the dressing in a large bowl. Make the dressing by mixing together all the dressing ingredients and then add to the salad. Mix thoroughly and chill for a few hours before serving.
