carrot fruit smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups fresh carrots shredded1 cup cranberry juice cocktail2 cups mango (frozen chunks)1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 4 tsp (remove)1 cup frozen peach slices2 gala apples (med) about 1 lb3.5 cups water (or enough to get the consistency you want)
Directions
I shredded the carrots and then added the items in my blender and blended till smooth. Depending on the size of your blender, you may have to blend in batches and combine in a container.

Serving Size: makes 12 1-cup servings
