Artichoke & Portabella Pizza with Soy Cheese

1 Rustic Crust thin whole wheat pizza crust1 packet Rustic Crust pizza sauce1 can artichoke hearts, drained1 can portabella mushrooms, drained4 oz. soy cheese (mix cheddar and mozzarella)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees (F).
Place the crust on a pizza pan. For a crispier crust, bake it for 1-2 minutes before adding the toppings.
Top the crust with the sauce, artichoke hearts, portabella mushrooms and soy cheese, in that order, spreading each ingredient evenly over the crust before adding the next.
Bake for 5-7 minutes.
Cut into 8 slices.
Makes 4 servings of 2 slices.
