Savory Asian Green Beans

Ingredients
1 lb Green Beans 1/2 TBSP Seasame oil1 TBSP Lite Soy Sauce 1 Clove Garlic (optional)
Directions
Clean and trim raw green beans. Boil in water until desired texture. I prefer to have them a bit crisp so I don't boil it for too long...about 5-10 minutes. While the beans are cooking, chop the garlic or make slivers and then put the garlic, soy sauce and seasame oil in a container with a lid or even a zip lock bag. I normally use a tupperware container.

After the greens beans are finished, drain them well. After they are drained add it to your container and toss. Serve warm. Makes 4-4 oz portions.
