Tomato, Okra and Corn

Ingredients
2 tbs canola oil1/2 cup finely chopped onion2 cups okra, sliced (1/2 lb)2 cups peeled, diced tomatoes2 cups corn1 tsp salt substitute1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp curry powder or cumin1 tsp stevia sweetener (or 2 tsp brown sugar)
Directions
Saute onions in oil until brown.
Add okra and saute for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, simmer 10 minutes.
