fruit smoothie w/ yogurt

Ingredients
.5 banana.5 pear4 strawberries .5 cup ( 4oz) papaya3 oz fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup water
Directions
I usually peel & freeze my ripe bananas & my papayas, cut into chuncks so they are convenient.
Half of your fruit should be frozen. I start with 1/2 cup of water in the blender and add more as I need it. blend & drink
